Clips for your Bailer

Tired of having your bailer swing around on a long string? The small size quick release plastic buckles are great for clipping items into a canoe.

Put a short loop of cord on one end of a buckle and slip it around a thwart. Tie a second buckle to your bailer with another short length of cord. It keeps your bailer tucked neatly and a quick squeeze of the buckle releases it for bailing.
