the book describes an overland route with a canoe/kayak and gear to Moose Ponds on the upper South Nahanni with a subsequent descent of the river to Blackstone Landing on the Liard. The book contains six more stories of canoe trips in Yukon, NWT and BC, as well as trekking on Canol Heritage Trail in NWT.
