Post subject:  Deep Freeze 2019

We will be having deep freeze 2019 from Feb. 16th through to Feb 24th . Any one who hasn't been to deep freeze is welcome to join us . If you are new to winter camping there are lots of campers with many years of winter camping experience and different styles for you to learn from .
We will be at the same location as last year as there is still lots of firewood available and there is a good place for parking . The trapper cleans the lot for us and we collect 10 dollars for each vehical .
The location is at klm. marker 74.5 on hyw. 144 North of Sudbury along the side of Sideburn Lake . If you have any questions ask here on the forums or send me a private message . scouter Joe

I will be there from the start for however long I stay, which may depend on the weather. I hate rain in the winter.

Daniel.

Hey good to hear from you Daniel and Bill . We have lots of snow here this year . There is about 2 feet in the bush so should be a good normal winter this year . Only 5 more weeks .

I should be there, but maybe only in part? Or like last year, in 2 parts? All depends on schedules and kids.

For clarification, Blaf does that spot I had last year conflict with "Mike's spot from his first visit"?? If it does I can relocate?

See you all soon!

Andrew

SWIFT, you are ok on that spot.

My tent cannot fit there anyway, and I am not sure if Mike is bringing his tent or staying with me.

Either way, feel free to use that spot again. You are a good neighbor, you clean the driveway regularly. :D
