Just uploaded some pictures into the Gallery from a trip we did in 2005. We started at Sea River Ferry on the Nelson, paddeled the Echimamish and Hayes to Oxford Lake. From there we went up the Carrot River and portaged over to Walker Lake and headed on to Cross Lake Settlement. This was kind of a short version of Eric Morses trip some 50 year´s ago and we got the idea out of his book. The Cree people from Cross Lake were very friendly and we got a shuttle back to Wabowden rather quickly!
