It's snowing! The ground here is covered! I can't wait to get snowshoeing & igloo building.  Of course, it'll melt because real winter in this part of Ontario is probably a month or more away.
Is there much snow in Sudbury? We're heading there this weekend to visit my son Nate at Cambrian College.

You curse us for enjoying winter, but your sig file says:

That only applies in January when hubby is out with the snowblower.....not paying any attention to what I'm doing out of his line of sight.

Too true, too true. I actually notice how cold it is now. :(

Damn these lousy glasses......when did the keyboard get so hard to read?

You too?
I have progressive lenses (stealth bifocals) & computer glasses, but I can barely read the fine print on a Tylenol bottle.

You don't need to read the instructions, do like I do, count your thumbs and that's how many to take.

A light dusting of snow here on the north shore of Erie.. I was out for a hike yesterday with fleece pants and Primaloft jacket. I think I will switch my daily walks from the late afternoon to the morning - more light and colder.

No snow to speak of here yet, just the odd little flurry and rain in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Now Timmins probably has 10-12" on the ground :)

It's definitely winter here in the Yukon.... has been for just over a month. Last weekend it dipped down to minus 20. The days are getting shorter quickly... can't wait for Dec. 21st, and the end of winter...only six to seven more months to go, and almost eight before the lakes are ice free! :o

What a time to feel like craap.

I guess I can put away my shorts and the lawn mower........
well, maybe just the mower?

Still, went out and celebrated with a few snowballs last night.
Ground is covered, but the sun is rapidly melting what remained through the night.
