Apricot couscous

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup dried apricots (diced)

1 cup couscous

Sliced almonds

Brown sugar

Nutmeg

Instructions: 

Bring the apricots to a boil in 2 cups of water, add the couscous, let stand for 5 minutes, top with almonds, brown sugar and nutmeg
