Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients: 

1 Package of Instant Scalloped potatoes

1 package of Pre-cooked Bacon

6 Slices Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

Cook Potatoes as per package instructions. (but if you are travelling light omit the butter and substitute the milk with water- it still tases delicious this way!) When the potatoes are cooked and the sauce has thickened, throw in the bacon and cheese for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot! Enjoy!
