Please, can someone be more specific about the portage route from Stormy Lake through the small unnamed lakes to Wapageisi. Are the portages clearly marked? Is there a map available indicating the portages? Is there another way into the lake?
to Steve Carl. there is a 4 weeler trail on snake bay road, keep going strait after snake bay. wen I went there the road was cut were the trail start.you also can come by Antikokan hiway but I do not know this way.
I went canoeing on wapageisis 2 years ago I did find a very old portage to one of the no name lake very bad shape.I think that route should be restore because Stomy & wapegesis are 2 awsome lake.

Further to Steve Carl's comment... can anyone give more specific information as to where the portage trail(s) is(/are) between Stormy & Wapageisi?
If I can figure this out, I'd love to canoe this route a few weekends from now.
