Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has good advice for a overnight river trip of 2-5 days in March or April in B.C? We are planning right now to do the Kootenay, but if there are any other better recommendations for this time it'd be great to hear them!

We have experience, but mostly in Ontario rivers so aren't totally familiar with which B.C. river is best when.

Thanks!

Similkameen. Not really wilderness though. Warmest place in BC.

I put together a canoe trip once in Feb on the lower Colorado R CA/AZ border. The water was cold, the days were short and we had frost every night even in the low desert.
