This is a very nice little trip. While many of the lakes are accessible via a very developed logging road system, it is still worth the visit.

Hey - great report. I know it's an old report. I just did the trip solo and had issues in the Twin Lakes swamp in the mud too. No bugs though! Btw - the two peaks you refer to as the Golden Hinde and the behinde are actually Victoria peak and Warrden. Cheers!
