I am new to this forum but have been lurking for a long time. Thanks for having me and I am excited to contribute in the future!

A few weeks ago I attempted to drive from Sudbury to Chinigouchi/Sawhorse Lake using Portelance Rd and whatever the roads are called once you cross the Wanapitei River (a drive I do frequently for weekend trips) only to be stopped by a major road washout near Camp One Lake.

I would like to take another crack at it this weekend, can anybody tell me if the washout has been repaired?

Who maintains that road? Is it still Gervais Forest Products? It might be best to contact them and ask.
