It was a bizarre May with -5 degree overnight temperatures on the 8th - 10th during this trip. We had about a centimeter of snow fall on the first night but had good fishing. If given the option though I'd take the good fishing over good weather. Water levels were extremely high so river fishing wasn't great but lake fishing was superb.

Anyway, here is a three part series I filmed while I was out with a group of four. I didn't really expect for my batteries to perform so poorly in the cold temperatures since it was my first time so for Days 2/3 I wasn't sure if I'd be able to film at all. Videos are divided by days.

Have some one nighters coming up but should be back into some longer trips, maybe solo in August / September. One to Killarney for Pike/Bass in August and haven't decided for the other yet.

Some bad news is that two of the fish had gill lice - definitely not a good sign.
