We were lucky to have good paddling weather for 4 days.
A bit too hot for my liking.

I was impressed by the sunset.
Not so much how close my wife went by the snake. After the encounter, we were really looking where we step. But it was lucky, they are so rare.

That is a beautiful area. We had the privilege of paddling it several years ago. Lucky you to see a Massassauga Rattler; though I appreciate you might not have wanted to share camp with it.
