Excellent!
I was disappointed on my recent trip that when I started in N. Sask. the berries weren't quite ripe yet. As I paddled farther north they still weren't ripe and around the Nunavut border I hardly found any at all, not even worth picking. By the time I turned around and came back South the bushes were loaded but over ripe without much taste and the rain was knocking them all onto the ground. Thankfully on the last couple days I got to poorer soil which seemed to have retarded their development a little so I got at least a little good picking.
