I'm not entirely sure I spelled it correctly, I don't have the map here in front of me, but is anyone familiar with this river? It is in the Port-Cartier-Sept-Iles Reserve. Thanks!

Location: Pont Rouge, Quebec along the Jacques-Cartier river
It's Riviere aux Rochers , just north of Port Cartier . There is only a 16 kilometre canoe section along that river....you may have been referring to Riviere MacDonald (also known as des Rochers Ouest) which has a 60 k canoe route with a recommended 4 day trip.Apparently it must be done while there is sufficient water. The park doesn't open until early June.
