 Post subject: Off to the Gens de Terre

Location: Mid-coast Maine
Since most of our last trip was spent walking, pushing, and dragging our canoes down the Partridge, we're hoping to actually do some paddling next week on the Gens de Terre.

I was under the impression that once the LV canoeing season was over this river was not accessible via the park. Hope I'm wrong. Have a good one.

Successful trip - weather delightful, few bugs, good grub, pleasant company, lots of good whitewater. Some of the portages are grueling, but more on that in the official report. All well.
