anybody out there have put-in , take-out, and shuttle info for the Bazin river north of Mt. Tremblant. Is it fly in only and if so who is the air service and which is the best put-in,and take-out.

It's quite a bit of driving on some bouncy roads but in general the shuttle is not too bad. I presume you are starting from Parent (which you can also access by train). Probably the best takeout is on the Gatineau about a days paddle downstream of where the Bazin enters.

When I did this route about 8 years ago it did not seem that difficult to locate the takeout, from there to Parent was about 2 - 3 hours of driving.

Pretty decent route as I recall, not much whitewater of consequence until the last 10 km of the Bazin where it is somewhat continuous class II/III

I'd have to check my trip log for more details about points of interest or danger.

Ben
