You will not find much info about canoe trips from Baker Lake to Rankin, especially going overland from nearby the Kazan River and Falls. There might be tales of freighter canoe trips or the very odd recreational canoe trip to Rankin on Hudson Bay via Chesterfield Inlet. Rather than somewhat vast and ominous salt water passageway our route was small rivers, lakes and tundra ponds.

Enjoy.

Another great read, Brian.

Too bad they don't make "bug fences"! Warm and calm on the tundra is not as good as it sounds.
