Has anyone paddled the Narraguagus River? Conducive to camping?

For what it’s worth, years ago I paddled the Pleasant River solo from rt 9 to Columbia Falls (just east of Narraguagus) with no camping info, just the river info from the AMC River Guide, Maine. I took 3 easy days fishing as I went and had no issue finding 2 decent campsites, I would do the same for the Narraguagus today.

Thanks for the info, Robin. Decided to go do the St Croix again with daughter #2. Came home via Rt 9 but couldn't get much of a look at the Narraguagus when I crossed over it - seemed a pretty tiny stream at that point. But I was reminded on that drive of how empty that part of the state is. I imagine one wouldn't be bothered paddling anywhere around there. Will have to consider some short runs in that neighborhood in the future.
