Hi all,

Just back from Wolf Lake, it was cloudy (with some rain) for most days, but Aug 12th was just beautiful. Unfortunately I was too tired to stay up past 11PM, but I do feel validated bringing the tripod :D

All of these are from the double site on the west side of the lake. Used the fancy new toy of RX100 M4, and the exposure was generally 15sec, ISO1600, f1.8. Some very minimal processing, I haven't messed with the RAW files yet but I do have them.

The Aurora was barely visible to the naked eye, it was more of a yellow/green glow in the north. The meteors were really frequent, about 1/30 sec. But looking at the pics, it seems they were even more frequent as the camera captured 1 or 2 on each pic.

Any editing/photo suggestions welcome, I'm a total noob at this.

Cheers,
Marko
