No problem.

If you've forgotten your password, you can still use the log-in process by clicking on "Log in" at the top of the page:

This will take you to the page where you will find the "I forgot my password" link:

Type in your username, then click the "I forgot my password" link.

This will trigger an automated email from the system, to give you a temporary password. The email will be sent to the address in your CCR profile information.

If the email address in your profile is out-of-date, then you need to have it updated first, before attempting the "I forgot my password" option.

To have the email address in your CCR account changed, you need to send an email to adminATmyccr.com to have it updated.

Hope this helps. Any questions or problems, let me know.

Barbara

If at any time you are having problems or questions, you should send an email to adminATmyccr.com

Let us know your CCR username and what the problem is you're having.

You don't need to be logged in to send us an email.

See if your desktop operating system has a 'password wallet' feature (all Linux KDE desktops have one, for free - as everything else). If it does, then you can simply store all your passwords in that application that will automagically appear when you need to enter a password on the web. You only have to remember one password: the one for this app.

Just a note:

The temporary password supplied by the automated email is meant to be one-time-use-only.

Once you have used it to log in, you should immediately go into your User Control Panel and change the password to one of your own choosing.

Click on "Profile", in the grey shaded box on the far left.

Then click on "Edit account settings"....that's where you change your password.

Be sure to enter the password twice, as instructed, and then scroll to the bottom and click on "submit".

Something I need to mention:

if you use the "I forgot my password" link, the automated email might be sent to your "spam" or "junk" folder.
