Post subject:  Stitch Fix

For those too busy to go shopping for their outdoors clothes, and esp for those who prefer to appear properly dressed on the ports and trails... this new company will pick out appropriate choices according to your specified individual taste & ship to your home. You try 'em on, keep what you want and return the rest. Sales are picking up in America, and probably, so are prices. Makes me wonder whether MEC is worried... urban, fashion-conscious yuppies might not have the time when instead they can shop online and order their clothes.

Not going with Stitch Fix myself, but the growth in sales is impressive. Not sure if this is available in Canada. There are thrift shops in Canada.

Living an active lifestyle isn’t always easy. Between work, social life, family and travel commitments, it can be difficult to carve out time to stay active and fit. It can be even more difficult if you lack the proper clothing when it comes time to enjoy the activities you love—that’s where we come in. Here are five fixes to help you get out and enjoy the things that keep your body and mind happy.

CAMPING AND HIKING

When you head out on your next hike or camping trip, make sure you’re prepped and ready with the right clothing. It’s always a good idea to bring comfortable shoes, moisture-wicking shorts and shirts, and a long-sleeved sweatshirt for dips in temperature.
