The #1 pad according to the reviewers is the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite (US$170).
You can compare their findings with those at The Outdoor Gear Lab site.

I've bought a few Thermarests over the past thirty years. These days the one I always take along is my first-generation Thermarest Neo Air. The pad is now at least five years old and has been out for 150+ nights on various canoe trips, bike tours, and mountain treks. No punctures, no problems … I really appreciate the cushy comfort, the compactness and the 13.5 oz weight. I did end up buying a battery-powered little gizmo ($35.) to blow the thing up to spare my lungs the hassle! It may be that current models are easier to inflate.
