Wow. :o

So we've learned that it can be done but we dehydrate the whole finished (cooked) meal.
The higher the fat content, the more care needed when storing. (not stored long and kept cooler)

PacketFiend,
Try dehydrating full fat yogurt instead of any low-fat product. Full fat is the trick.
Don't rehydrate and just enjoy like a fruit leather. We do them in dollops that flatten out to about 2" round.
Again, store cooler and eat sooner than later for best results.
