As much as 2020 could have been a banner year for canoe tripping, for us, it wasn't so (busy on the home front)! This year will be better, and so I won't sell all of my boats...

However, I'm considering putting some of them up for sale, if there is interest I will take/find pictures.

All are in good condition and have been stored inside, and importantly out of the sun. Looking for fair market prices.

Swift Dumoine Royalex, green, skid plates, very good condition, barely used, vinyl trim

Swift 15' prospector, black carbon, white bottom, cherry/wood trim ~25lb canoe, good/v. good condition

Evergreen Starburst royalex, yellow, vinyl trim, composite end plates, outfitted for tripping with bags and kneeling stations, good condition


I love these canoes, but don't need all of them currently.

Located south of North Bay -- 30 mins to South River, 1 hour north of Huntsville etc.. Can possibly deliver depending on location.

The Starburst should fetch North of 1700$, the Dumoine should fetch a little short of that.

If only you had a 17'-er. Great chance for someone to grab a good boat.

Hi everyone - sorry for going AWOL!

It's been a busy week, no canoes sold yet, I will update with prices and photos ASAP.

Eagerly waiting for the prospector.

Alright, I hauled the canoes out of the barn for some pictures, of course I did so during the beginning of this snowstorm...!

I would say that this canoe is in very good condition. It has some light scratches on the bottom from usual use, but it has been used as a light day tripper, most of its paddling has just been out on Lake Ontario for short day trips, so it hasn't really been loaded with gear and hauled around on trips.

No gouges, no damage, skid plates in great condition, only light scratches on bottom. Plenty of life in this boat.

The bottom of the inside could use a bit of a cleaning.

It looks a bit odd in photos as I was wiping the snow away and it was melting as I was doing so.

Very lightly used, though it has come out looking not so great in these pictures. I think there may be some dirt in the hull scratches that should be cleaned out.

Stern plate is missing in photos, but I have it (need to shovel out canoe gear shed to get it!)

I'm located 3.5-4 hours north of Toronto, fairly easy drive up the 400 and 11, I'm 20 minutes off of Hwy 11.

I have a couple of cabins on my property and if anyone is wanting to spend the night and break up a long drive you would be welcome to.
