Hi Wintercampers of MYCCR. I already posted this topic on 'wintertrekking.com' probably, you have seen it. If not, we can discuss it here aswell if you like.

Dear members of the forum, greatings from The Netherlands.

I made two video,s about my small sylnylon tipi with woodstove on youtube. I hope you find it interesting. It,s a very nice setup. I love it !

The lavvulight is a high quality tarp tent suitable for wintercamping. I show you its features. Note: this is an older model. In the newer model the netting is black ( better see through ) and Helsport added a neat system to stow away the guylines.
You see a 'Titaniumgoat' stovejack and a 'toploop' wich I added myself.

In video no.2 I will show you the woodstove setup, a trick to pitch the tent more easy and how I can hang the tent and loose the centre pole. I found out that an exact placement of the stakes is necessary to get a proper taut pitch. In the third part of this video I use the loop wich I stitched to the top of the tent to hang it from a branche, loose the centre pole and enjoy the room it creates.

Looks good!
It looks like it would suit us shoulder season paddlers as well.
My only concern would be moisture for real winter conditions.
But for my late fall and early spring trips it is awful tempting...
Santa can you hear me!

You should have some warm nights camping this winter. Is that a 3" stove pipe? I was looking at a tent similar to that this summer.
