Thank you Shirley for the shower tent. My girls will appreciate that. And I like the idea for potluck on Thursday night.

We have been doing some "group" thinkin' .. We couldn't remember/recall what the status of the "thunderboxes"/privies were, when we left? (at least one of us can use age as a reason!)

Think we need new one(S)??

Thunder box:better to have 2 then 0. Now I can use OLD as a reason for not remembering for sure. I think I remember Scouter Joe hanging Shirley's Throne in a tree. We hung the one across the trail from the Dogg House up also. Maybe I think, maybe.
See I not going to take the blame.
See you and your new thunder box (blue foam would be nice) at the station.
Stay safe

Hi all,
Now that I'm retired I don't have an excuse for missing DF13.... I will be coming in on Tues and leaving on Sunday. I'll be staying in Scouter Joe's tent...
There should be room for my guitar if Cliff and Joe's special 'beverage' order is not too large... lol...
See you all Tues..
Cheers,
Al

I think there are 4 thunderboxes onsite - the one Jim referred to, the original billy box, the one that OAF/Moe put on the southeast corner of camp plus a new one last year. Maybe a couple pieces of foam to replace a seat or two but we're good for boxes!

Al
Glad to have you back. No foreign beer :tsk: except corona or bravia. No american water :-? or at least a minimum. Liquor is good, don't forget any mix.
Meals should have a large portion of meat and then something of colour to distinguish from the meat. No bird seed food. Desserts and snacks are also welcomed.
Bring a couple of morsels for the banter boys...don't need those guys sniffing around to much.
***Remember.... if Joe isn't happy, :tsk: we aren't happy.***

We will see you tuesday.

Al is coming with his guitar. And he just has to sing Northwest Passage and we will all join him for the chorus. So start working on it.
"Ah, for just one time I would take the Northwest Passage
To find the hand of Franklin reaching for the Beaufort Sea;
Tracing one warm line through a land so wide and savage
And make a Northwest Passage to the sea."
Stan Rogers
Correct spelling by Cliff. A real Rhodes scholar *idea*
Stay safe
OAF

I might be part of the choir to sing the chorus but I won't chorus the choir.
