I have written a book about fishing on wilderness canoe trips, self-published through Createspace, a subsidiary of Amazon. I was a little concerned that it might be inappropriate to promote on Myccr. However, the administrators have advised that they didn't have a problem with it. It's $2.99 on Kindle. It's not like I'm selling life insurance or what-have-you.

This is a combination how-to and a memoir of roughly 30 years of fishing on trips. It's my first book, more of a personal art project than an effort to write a best seller. I have given it to most of my personal friends. They've given me good feedback about the content and photography.

If you decide to give it a try, I'd love to hear what you think. I consider the membership on this site to be just over the top with respect to knowledge and skills.

Hi Frank,
I've had your book on my Amazon list since about the time you first posted it here. I've finally ordered it and it arrived. Now, I just need to find the time to sit down and read it.
I'm hoping I learn a few things!
Cheers,
Bryan

I am glad you enjoyed. I really enjoyed writing this book. It gave me a chance to organize my thoughts and re-experience some of the great experiences I have had fishing on canoe trips. I also wish something like this had been available when I was just beginning to go on canoe trips in my youth.
