Well it's been 40 :o years since I first placed my butt in a kayak and this was the place.
We didn't get the water release as promised so it wasn't very high, but with Bellwood lake at 93 percent capacity they will most likely have a good release Monday to Thursday.

There's nothing like having your 13 year old daughter smoke you in a race. :oops: :oops:

We'll another weekend behind us..... well its off to the Palmer Fest for me next weekend and the girls will head to ValleyField for a Quebec Cup race...sweet!!
