I'm not sure that folks realize that it's a real live human being that approves the requests for registrations here on CCR.

If this is the case, then perhaps you should know that registering with "cute" usernames, "amusing" email addresses or "funny" interests will put your request at the bottom of my priority list. It's a long list, so you might be waiting for a while if you are serious about wanting to register with CCR.

If you are serious about wanting to be a member of the CCR community, please take the time to complete the required registration fields in a way that won't make me roll my eyes or suspect a spammer at play.

I'm bumping this up to the top, because of the recent registration requests.

The registration approval is not automated. The items that are filled in by people are what I use to decide whether to approve an account or not. They aren't just to fill in a blank and get a computer-generated approval.

I have a few things that I check out, but when I get the requests with the "cute" usernames or the "funny" interests, it slows the process down.

If people could just please provide as much relevant information as possible, and show that they are taking this seriously, I would appreciate it greatly.

If recent applicants who have not received a notification of activication would like to contact me, they can do so by emailing me at If not, then I'll be deleting their registration requests.

Thank you.
