Broke both binding plates/crampons on a pair of Denali snowshoes.
They were second-hand but I emailed MSR and they requested a photo which I sent and I now have two new complete bindings sent by them in less than a week at no charge.
How's that for service?

That was good of them, service like that sets peoples minds at ease when purchasing their products. I have never had any trouble with their bindings (yet).
