Finally getting around to working on the report from my 51 day solo adventure in Labrador & Quebec last Summer.

It's still a work in progress, so far the Introduction and Part One are done. After struggling to convert some really old HTML templates to a (slightly) more mobile friendly format I should be able to get the next part posted in a matter of weeks instead of months. One thing for sure I MUST get this done before ice-out!

Enjoying it so far. Never seen or heard so much about Smallwood Reservoir, so this is great for perspective.

How do you people get 51 days to do a trip??? I am lucky if I can get 5 days once a year to do a trip....

I am envious... very envious.

The rapids start picking up, the wind continues to blow and the bugs are swarming. On the positive side the river gets better and better to look at and the sun shines from time to time.

Nice thanks for the report. I've got to day 18 and must say I like the sky and hills in the distance. The first part really impressed upon me how wide and flat those parts seem to be.

I've finally updated with another week of the story.

From the Three Gorges through the best of the Upper George and ending at the head of Indian House Lake.

This is taking longer than I had hoped, too many layover days?
