I'm planning a June trip and the West Mahzenazing seems like a tempting link to squeeze in some of Killarney and the south shore of Philip Edward Island in the same trip. There isn't much info online, and that which I've found is fairly old (one old thread on this forum, and this GPS track with a couple of notes:
https://www.alltrails.com/explore/recor ... ey-loop--5 ).
Has anyone been on the West Mahzenazing recently or know anything about this route? Google maps makes it look fairly navigable without a lot of hassle but you can only see so much detail and it certainly doesn't show water depth.

Jeff's/Unlostify note a 700m+ portage, but otherwise I haven't found much info.
Second to that, any thoughts on this route starting and ending at George Lake? OSA > Three Narrows > Kikakise > Point Grondine Park (near Collins Inlet) > South PEI > South PEI. (We're very experienced Georgian Bay paddlers so no warnings about wind/waves please.)
