I am looking at a trip that launches from Dunlop or Flack and loops around the Astonish/Ezma, upper and lower Mace, Keelor, Lillybet and back to Ezma.

1: are there any campsites in Lillybet or Keelor?
2: Is there a way to get from Lillybet back to Ezma? I have a map that claims there is a trail from Lillybet to something that looks like a mud puddle and then on to an ATV trail, to Lupus/Gaff Lakes and on to Ezma.

3: alternate route may be to loop from Lower Mace, Pathfinder, Keelor (via Blind River) and back to Lower Mace via Murray Craig. Any input?

I am open to other options. I have an entire week (7 days in a canoe) to complete this, but would like to stick to a couple areas for more than a single night to fish and explore. Away from civilization, ATVs and other distractions is a must.

Thanks,

Dale

Dale, did you ever complete this route? I'm interested in checking out Keelor while I do this route as well.

Jon

Following-up on this as I'm curious as well. There's what looks to be a potential route through Lillybet and connecting to some of the surrounding smaller lakes. It may be possible to enter from the east (Ezma Lake, etc.) or possibly from the west, starting at Portage Lake.

The topography of the area looks really interesting too, and I'm keen to explore it.
