Hello everyone

New to YouTube is a canoe camping show based out of Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario, called "Mark in the Park". As a well known tripper in Algonquin with over 160 trips to date stretching up to 22 days at a time, Mark Rubino stepped out of his comfort zone to create a YouTube series. It features the sites and sounds that many have a hard time explain to friends and family, some tips and tricks and adventure through the good, bad and ugly of Algonquin. As a professional guide, Mark shows the audience some of his wisdom, knowledge and love of a place he calls home.

Sit back and relax to watch this 10-part series following Mark on a 100Km loop out of Kiosk Lake, with a side trip down to Rain Lake Access at the end of the loop. I've linked seven of the 10 episodes below with the last three to be released in the coming weeks.

I'm excited to share this series with like-minded paddlers and would love to get some feedback (whether positive or constructive)! The more exposure this series can attain, the higher chance it has at continuing :D

Hi Matt, read this post last Thur and decided to check it out. Watched the entire series up to #8. Very nice, you guys are cinematographers, compared to me. Very interesting route through the creeks , lots of tiring work. I was impressed by the amount of weight you guys are lugging around. Look forward to watching the rest of the videos.

Captaincanadian, I'm glad you have been enjoying the series! Weight was a big issue but we pushed though it. We had light canoes which helped a lot.
