Although I haven't seen the paper in person yet today (I'll walk to the corner and pick one up a little later), the Globe and Mail has a feature on the Trans Canada Trail. Part of the CTC includes the South Saskatchewan River from Lake Diefenbaker to Saskatoon, a portion recently named the Chief Whitecap Waterway. They interviewed my 13 year old daughter as part of their feature. :)
