Can you not kneel at all? Do you run rapids?

I only kneel when running rapids (Class II or above). Otherwise I'm sitting and once the seat is at the right height I would never have a need to raise or lower it.

Get a bucket/tractor seat with a footbrace and you can still kneel when you want to.

Recped,,,,,no. No rapids.

I cant bend my toes,,so cant knee,,,,thats why. New to me after 40+year canoeing and love to knee,,,,i even got a saddle but simply cant.

But to build myself a seat that will move up and down, and i am a big man.

Siting is ok,,,,just miss my keeing.
