Thank you everyone for your comments. I thought I would post my equipment list and menu in the hopes of getting some further feedback. I will also be testing out my equipment in the spring to make sure I have enough room in my pots.

Equipment
1 MSR Simmerlite stove
1 MRS Whisperlite stove (spare)
1 1.5l pot
1 2 l pot
1 MSR tea kettle 1l
1 Coffee press 1l

Menu
Dinners
steak and baked potato (on the grill)
Ham steaks, mashed potatoe, stove top
Breakfast
pancakes with bacon
eggs with bacon

Thanks again.

Ray

Any time you need to boil water, boil in the kettle. Even if you still need to cook, boil, simmer. You'll save fuel. I can boil 1L in my percolator in 1/3 less time than in a pot. Even at home, making pasta? I'll boil in the kettle first, faster, uses less power.

I also use my Outback Oven tent to speed up boil time and save fuel.
