I just discovered that caramelizing onions before dehydrating makes them come out much better.
Hmmmmmm, what can I caramelize then dehydrate next?

You can caramelize just about any food that contains natural or added sugars.

Just about any food that goes into a soup, stew or sauce can be improved by a little caramelizing.
