Dont forget the fish, and blueberries if you can find em.
Always take your cast-iron too. I know its heavy as hell, but theres no other way to cook fish. :P
Your options abound depending on what bodies of water your fishin. Some of my favs are Pike, Walleye, Specs, Lakers, Whitefish and last but not least Bass.

-I find the the Lender's bagels at the grocery store will never go bad. They do get squished a bit, but have the miracle abilities like a royalex boat to come back to shape when given a little time.
-I hope to catch as many fish and cook them as nice as Blinker, but I am not bringing a cast iorn pan. I love my small fry bake pan. I can fry fish and bake cornbread in the same lightweight device (not at the same time)
-The best wraps are with Tortillas mexican style. For some reason these things can go for years without molding.
-I'm not going to bring any bacon. I have plenty of different kinds of homemade jerkey that taste a little like bacon and will provide the same protein punch.
Thanks to everyone who has posted!!! I head off for my trip in 2 days and I am very excited. I will have a great post to put up when I get back and I hope to get some great video footage when I get back.

Well I'm back from the trip and the menu worked out great. We had a little extra food due to the fact that it was pretty hot and a some of the participants were small eaters.
Some of the best things on the menu
-The jerky was a big hit
-The baking of cornbread and muffins was awesome
-Beans and rice was the favorite dinner, soup & potatoes was a close second
-I was very impressed with how well the Vodka pasta sauce dehydrated and rehydrated
-Dehydrated veggies and TVP go well with everything
-The cold breakfasts with a little jerky were all we needed
-Vermont summer sausage were our favorite lunch product
-we threw in a mix bag of hard candies and they were appreciated
Things I would have changed
-no need for Oreos and fig newtons
-We skipped lunch a few times and just had snacks, so no need for all the lunch stuff
-didn't like the dehydrated hummis
-Sweet rice for b-fast was not a bug hit
I will post the route here soon. It was amazing and a great route for a low water year. I highly recommend the northwest corner of La Verendrye.
