I tried the Bulk Barn eggs this morning, not bad at all.
The instructions call for 1 part egg to 4 parts water. They seemed extremely runny. I had to boil off what seemed like 2 parts water till they looked like scrambled eggs!

Has anyone tried them using less water?

Yes, we bought some on the weekend. The instructions must be wrong. We did a test. We tried 4 to 1 as they suggested, then 2 to 1 and eventually 1 to 1. They scrambled up well at all levels but 1 to 1 was the easiest.

Now that we have a Bulk Barn in S'toon this may be the impetus to get me to head over to the new store on the far end of town.

I'm home and here is a few of things I learned about powdered eggs.
More powder better eggs. 1 to 4 yuk, 1 to 2 yum
Melt butter in frying pan adds nice flavour
Take a small wisk.
Lots of people want to highjack this tread to tell me how much better their product is. :D

Stay safe
