Beef and Guinness Stew! Now you have my attention. Do you shred the beef as well to deal with the rehydration issues? It would be hard to pour a Guinness into the pot instead of down the throat but I am interested.

Sorry to resurrect a really old post.....

Splake, did you end up trying to dehydrate pulled pork? I noticed tonight there is a pork roast defrosting in our fridge, which means high probability of pulled pork for dinner tomorrow. Thought I might try to commandeer any leftovers for the dehydrator. Was curious how it might work out.

Nope, I didn't get around to trying the pulled pork yet. It's a good reminder though, I'll need to put it on the list to try this summer.

I've confirmed with the 'head chef' piled pork is on the menu. Looks like I may get to try dehydrating it this weekend. Will post the results.
