As promised, here's the video of me paddling up the West Aubinadong River on the Ranger Lake loop - with David Hadfield's song.

It's a giggle for sure.

Hmmm..looking at all those beaver dams, surely there must be a twelve foot pole in there somewhere..
Makes it MUCH easier upstream...
And a six foot long Maine Guide Paddle would let you stand up straight!
Ok you like to make it hard :D

Looks like a neat route for me and my pole and guide paddle!

Thanks for the German connection. A trip such as that would definitely make them giggle. I'n tripped with a German fellow a couple of times in the north and he had the best sense of laughing at misadeventure I've ever seen.

Now I know how I looked! Humor like this is either a laugh or cry proposition. This was a good laugh.
What canoe is that - couldn't make out the name......

Sorry for the dealy. I was out on the French River.

It was a Voyageur Canoe make in Milbrook. The design was one of Bill Masons. I love that canoe.

Here's the web site. http://www.voyageurcanoe.com/
