Yes, looking for the recipes to help that friend along with their trip to the ThunderBox;to finally have a rest at the Comfort Station;to make way! to the Chamber Pot!!!, and once again be the Head of the Throne......

I'll take your question at face value and recommend dried fruit (e. apricots, raisins, etc.) and/or any fibre-intensive bread (e.g. bran muffins). Avoid cheese, meats, and the like.

Hope this isn't a set-up of some kind!

two solutions for you:

1) We take (and really enjoy) a strawberry/rhubarb compote. We simply make and take a leather made of these items and serve it with breakfast or as a crisp a few times a trip. It is soooo good hot!

2. Pack a few glycerine suppositories in your personal kit. They work in 3 - 30 min, and medically they are recommended as they have no harmful or lasting effects on your system (as do laxitives).
