UpsideDown Sloppy Joes

Ingredients: 

1 cup biscuit mix

1 cup dried cooked ground beef

3 tbsp onion soup mix

2 tbsp dried celery slices

2 tbsp dried green bell pepper

half a tomato sauce

leather some flour

Instructions: 

Boil 2 cups of water in pot. Add everything except for the biscuit mix and the flour. Stir and cover. Remove from heat. While mixture is soaking add 1/4 cup of water to the biscuit mix, mix with fork. Pat biscuit mix into 4 patties. After beef mixture has soaked for 20 minutes, stir and return to boiling. Arrange biscuit on top of beef mix and cover. Cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes or until biscuits are puffy.
